There are so many talented consultants, development, peace, and humanitarian practitioners in Zimbabwe that understand the country context in which they operate and are sensitive to the multi-layered issues that exist.

Zimbabwean Talent Database.

At present there are no recruitment and consultancy services, rosters or databases that focus solely on development and humanitarian consultancy and staffing in Zimbabwe. We aim to solve this. Signing up to the database is free for all Zimbabweans involved in development, humanitarian, peace, and consultancy work.

Recruitment Services.

We provide recruitment services to our clients to help them find the right candidates for their projects. Our team understands the unique needs of this industry and is committed to finding the best candidates for our clients.

Consultancy Services.

Different packages are available for organisations seeking short-term consultants or longer-term humanitarian and development candidates. These organisations include Donors, the United Nations, and Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs).

We believe that

idi brings together some of Zimbabwe’s most experienced Human Resource and Recruitment Experts, International Development Practitioners, and Industrial Psychologists, to ensure that only the best candidates are selected for every role. Psychometric testing is an optional extra that clients can request to assess a candidate's cognitive ability and their personality. From a candidate's response, psychometric testing can predict valuable insights such as job performance, competence, and motivations. There are two general types of psychometric tests: ability tests and personality tests. Idi is committed to linking organisations with the very best candidates.
